International order $25 per shipping address

Shipping & Handling

$5.95 Flat Rate (within 1 pound) shipping via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. If order only patterns, $2.75 postage charge up to 2 patterns. International shipping $9.00 (within 14 oz) via USPS First-Class Mail.
From time to time we offer promotional free First-Class shipping for domestic orders under 13 OZ.

Insurance

We are not responsible for any damage or loss during transportation of merchandise, unless insurance is pre-arranged and included. Insurance fees are based on United States Postal Service’s published chart. Buyers have the option to purchase insurance for high valued orders.

Sales Tax

Georgia residents are subject to 7% Sales Tax based on merchandise total.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours. In the event that we are unable to restock sold out items within 72 hours due to manufacturer’s shortage of supplies, we will contact you for instruction as to back order, substitute with alternative item or refund.

Return

Please note that all DIY kits, Pattern and Tutorial, Books and Magazines, On Sale and Closeout items are non-returnable. So please read product description carefully and contact us for further clarification if need be before placing orders. Other supplies are guaranteed satisfaction. If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of shipping for further assistance and instruction.

In the rare case that the jewelry you purchased from us should come apart under normal usage within 14 days, you may return with a copy of the original invoice for a full refund or no charge repair, PROVIDING all beads are intact. Please contact us via email explaining the issue so we can decide the best remedy for you.
